About Richard
Richard has been working in landscaping and excavation for over 42 years, with roots in the industry going back to his early days learning from his father, who ran a local tractor service in the Westshore in the 1970s. In 1984, Richard started his own business and, after investing in his first machine, built his reputation around skilled equipment operation and practical problem-solving.
Today, he chooses to run the company as a hands-on, one-man operation. Richard personally operates the machinery on every job, bringing decades of experience and precision to each project. He specializes in custom residential work, particularly in rural areas where thoughtful land shaping, natural rock work, drainage solutions, and site preparation are key.
Known for reliability and straightforward communication, much of Richard’s work comes from referrals. He takes pride in doing honest work, being accountable, and delivering results he can confidently stand behind.
